THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF DISABILITY WITHIN THE VICINITY OF LEEDS AND IT’S SURROUNDING AREA OF YORKSHIRE IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF: (A)OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE IN HEALTHY AND ACTIVE PURSUITS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. (B)OPPORTUNITIES FOR INCREASED ACCESS TO ACTIVITIES SO AS TO ASSIST IN PROMOTING A SENSE OF WELLBEING AND INDEPENDENCE TO INCREASE CONFIDENCE THROUGH INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS. (C)SUPPORT TO DISABLED PEOPLE TOWARDS INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION WITHIN MAINSTREAM COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
