(A) THE ASSISTANCE OF SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE BENEFICIARIES IN NEEDY CIRCUMSTANCES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE (THE BENEFICIARIES ARE ALL PERSONS FROM TIME TO TIME EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF FORMAN HARDY HOLDINGS LIMITED OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND OTHER DEPENDANTS). (B) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
