Charitable objects
1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) IN RELATION TO THE ROLE OF PARTICIPATION IN SPORT IN THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND RECIDIVISM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THROUGH THE PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH; THE PROMOTION OF BEST PRACTICE IN THE DELIVERY OF SPORTS PROJECTS AND THE PROMOTION OF TRAINING IN DELIVERY OF SUCH PROJECTS. 2. TO AID AND SUPPORT THE PREVENTION OFCRIME AND RECIDIVISM AND THE REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PRISONERS, THOSE ON PROBATION AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE AT RISK OF INVOLVEMENT IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY ENABLING AND SUPPORTING PARTICIPATION IN SPORT; 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BY THE PROMOTION OF PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SELECT.
