Charitable objects
1.TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS OR ORGANISATIONS, PRIMARILY IN THE SUFFOLK COASTAL DISTRICT AND IN PARTICULAR THE AREAS OF HOLLESLELY, BOYTON, CAPEL ST ANDREW, ALDERTON AND SHINGLE STREET, AND ANY OTHER SUCH LOCALITY AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT. SUCH GRANTS SHALL BE MADE IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FOLLOWING: A.THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEED, AND THE PREVENTION OF HARDSHIP; B.THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; AND C.THE SUPPORT OF VOLUNTARY ENDEAVOUR IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. 2. TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
