TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE LIVING IN ADVERSE HOUSING CONDITIONS. TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF POVERTY AND DEPRIVATION IN THE UK AND TO STRIVE TO BROADEN THE REMIT OF WINTER STREETS PROJECT TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE HOMELESS COMMUNITY.
