TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 18 LIVING IN ENGLAND THROUGH; A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
