TO ACQUIRE AND HOLD CERTAIN PREMISES BUILT ON THE SITE OF THE HOUSE IN WHICH ROBERT OWEN WAS BORN AND TO MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE THE SAME OR ANY OTHER, AND TO FURNISH THE SAME WITH RELICS AND MEMORIALS OF A LITERARY WORKS BY ROBERT OWEN AND THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH HIM, THUS CONSTITUTING A MEMORIAL MUSEUM IN HIS AND THEIR MEMORY AND TO OPEN THE SAME FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION.
