A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN AND PARISH OF MUCH WENLOCK IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION INCLUDING USE OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
