Charitable objects
(A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH ANY PHYSICAL, LEARNING, MENTAL OR SENSORY DISABILITY, OR ANY OTHER INJURY OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME; AND
(B) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY ADOPT.
