THE OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) YOUNG PERSONS OF SCHOOL AGE RESIDING IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SAID YOUNG PERSONS AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL IN THE SUBJECT OF ENGINEERING IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL EVENT.
