1)THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT DONATING BLOOD; 2)TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY ORGANISING ACTIVITY BASED OUTDOOR EVENTS FOR RUNNING, CYCLING, HIKING, SWIMMING AND TRIATHLON; AND 3)TO SUPPORT SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
