THE RELIEF OF NEED OF THOSE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF POOR MENTAL HEALTH BY PROVIDING A RANGE OF MUSICAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMMES TO EDUCATE, ENHANCE, TRAIN AND IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PARTICIPANTS.
