THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO SUPPORT, PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN, IN PARTICULAR UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEIR HEALTH AND EDUCATION, AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH YOUNG CHILDREN.
