1)PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN OR SUSTANTIALLY SERVING THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST.JAMES THE APOSTLE,SELBY.2)IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WHICH PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND)OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
