THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE BY PROVIDING CLOTHING IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A CLOTHING BANK.
