We organise the activities of 1 paid Chaplain Team Leader and 21 Voluntary Chaplains who a) engage directly with people in places of work, b) work collaboratively with ministries in other sectors, with local churches and with other agencies. c) represent to those in authority, peoples' experience and perception of work, and raise questions with those who make decisions.
