THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8 YEARS AND 25 YEARS, THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND THUS DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
