A RESIDENTIAL TRAINING CENTRE FOR THE USE OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDING IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND IN PARTICULAR FOR RESIDENTIAL AND OTHER GATERINGS, COURSES, STUDY AND RECREATIONAL GROUPS MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF EDUCATING AND ASSISTING YOUNG PERSONS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES TO THE END THAY THE MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
