THE PROMOTION OF THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF HIGH QUALITY MENTORING TO LEADERS OF COMMUNITY, VOLUNTARY AND CHARITABLE SECTOR ORGANISATIONS IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND THE PROVISION OF ONE TO ONE MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES ENABLING THE LEADERS, TRUSTEES AND MANAGERS TO ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP THE SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, CONFIDENCE AND POTENTIAL TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR AND ORGANISATIONS IN THE DELIVERY OF THEIR CHARITABLE WORK.
