THE TRUST FUND AND INCOME IS HELD BY THE TRUSTEE UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE SAME FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AT SUCH TIME AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEE SHALL IN ITS UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
