THE ACTIVITIES TO BE UNDERTAKEN SHALL BE SUCH AS WILL FURTHER THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITIES LIVING IN THE CITY OF LINCOLN AND ELSEWHERE IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN BY IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE COMMUNITIES.
