Charitable objects
(1) TO MAINTAIN ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN ROCHFORD DISTRICT WITH A PREFERENCE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF ROCHFORD.
(2) TO PROVIDE SUCH OTHER BENEFITS AS ARE CHARITABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE.
