AS A PLACE OF ANGLICAN WORSHIP INCLUDING BY (A) ASSISTING WITH THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, RESTORATION, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CHURCH AND ITS FIXTURES, FITTINGS, MONUMENTS, GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS; AND (B) THE PROVISION, OR AUGMENTATION, OF THE EMOLUMENT OF OR CONTRIBUTING TO THE EXPENSES INCURRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF ANY CHAPLAIN WHO PREACHES OR CONDUCTS DIVINE SERVICE WITHIN THE CHURCH OR OTHERWISE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DUTIES OF HIS OR HER OFFICE.
