TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS IN THE SHROPSHIRE ARMY CADET FORCE IN THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND ASSIST THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
