THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING IN BERKSHIRE AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING THE BETTERMENT OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE ROYAL BERKSHIRE FOUNDATION NHS TRUST AND ITS INTEGRATED CARE SYSTEM (ICS) PARTNERS, AT HOSPITALS OPERATED BY THE TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR PATIENTS AND OTHER USERS.
