THIS INCLUDES THE PROMOTION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE AMATEUR SPORT OF HOCKEY AND IN WALES BY FACILITATING PARTICIPATION IN HOCKEY THROUGH ACCESS TO COACHING AND EQUIPMENT.
