C) IMPROVING THE TUTOR RESOURCE; D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE; WITH A VIEW TO REGENERATION OF THE COASTAL AND MARINE ENVIRONMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN RELATION TO CORNWALL FISHERIES
