B) DEMONSTRATING, PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING CHRISTIAN VALUES, INCLUDING DIGNITY AND EMPOWERMENT TO ALL PEOPLE IN OXFORDSHIRE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND ELSEWHERE.
