TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND PROMOTE PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF BRASS BAND MUSIC, AND TO STIMULATE INTEREST IN THE ART OF BRASS BAND PLAYING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN HARTLEIGH AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY: 1. THE PRESENTATION OF BRASS BAND CONCERTS AND PERFORMANCES 2. PROVIDING TUITION AND TRAINING IN THE PLAYING OF BRASS BAND INSTRUMENTS 3. AND BY OTHER SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
