Fast Track Cymru works in collaboration with numerous organisations and individuals from across sectors to raise awareness of information around HIV and related conditions through training, education, community engagement and campaigns. We work within the Welsh HIV Action Plan to achieve zero HIV transmissions in Wales by 2030, reduce HIV related stigma and achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets
