THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION TO SCARBOROUGH COLLEGE OF: (1) BURSARY SUPPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF PUPILS WHO NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND (2) GRANT FUNDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES.
