B) SUPPORTING OTHER CHARITIES, ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE ARTS AND CREATIVE SECTOR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR OTHER PRACTICAL SUPPORT
