TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF AND RELIEVE PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM DISEASES OR DISABILITIES REQUIRING PROLONGED CARE BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
