ARRANGING FOR FREE BOOKS TO BE PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN; AND B. ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING PARENTS TO READ AND ENJOY BOOKS WITH THEIR CHILDREN, WITH SUPPORT FROM LOCAL PARTNERS.
