PAYMENTS TO BE MADE TO THE BROW EDGE FOUNDATION AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR. SUBJECT TO THESE PAYMENTS, THEN, IN EITHER OR BOTH THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (1) IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISHES OF BROUGHTON EAST, CARTMELL FELL, GRANGE-OVER-SANDS, LOWER ALLITHWAITE, LOWER HOLKER, STAVELEY AND UPPER ALLITHWAITE, AND THAT PART OF THE PARISH OF HAVERTHWAITE SITUATE TO THE EAST OF THE RIVER LEVEN, IN THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE SAME. (2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 27 OF SCHEME).
