TO ADVANCE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE WELSH BAPTIST DENOMINATION FOR THE RELIEF OF THE AGED AND INFIRM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A RESIDENTIAL HOME OR OTHER ACCOMMODATION OF ANY KIND AND AMENITIES TO BE ENJOYED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH FOR THE RELIEF OF AGED AND/OR INFIRM PERSONS IN NEED THEREOF IN SUCH FORM AND UPON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
