(3) PROMOTING THE PROVISION OF EXHIBITIONS AT INSTITUTES OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS. (4) PROVIDING FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
