Charitable objects
20. APPLICATION OF INCOME. SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS FOLLOWS:- (1) AS TO ONE THIRD THEREOF FOR THE PAYMENT OF PENSIONER BENEFITS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY CLAUSES 21 TO 23 INCLUSIVE OF THIS SCHEME. (2) AS TO TWO THIRDS THEREOF FOR THE PAYMENT OF EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY CLAUSES 24 AND 25 OF THIS SCHEME. (3) ANY SURPLUS INCOME ARISING EITHER FROM THE PAYMENT OF PENSIONS OR THE PAYMENT OF EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY CLAUSE 26 OF THIS SCHEME.
