Charitable objects

1. A SECONDARY SCHOOL FOR BOYS AND GIRLS OR, IF THE COUNTY COUNCIL THINK FIT, AS BORDERS. 2. THE AWARD OF MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES FOR PUPILS WHO ARE ATTENDING THE SCHOOL, WITH THE AID OF EXHIBITIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS, OR TOTAL OR PARTIAL EXEMPTIONS FROM TUITION FEES AND WHO SATISFY THE COUNCIL THEY ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 3. THE AWARD OF EXHIBITIONS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY OR AT ANY OTHER INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL.
