TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREINAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN ATTLEBOROUGH AND DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE A DAY CARE CENTRE IN ORDER TO BENEFIT PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED AND TO PROVIDE THEIR CARERS WITH RESPITE.
