THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE WORK CARRIED ON AT THE SKIPTON ART SCHOOL AND TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND BY KINDRED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. THE PROMOTION OF THE FURTHER EDUCATION OF PUPILS OR PAST PUPILS OF ANY SCHOOL OR OF ANY ADULT WHO RESIDES OR CHILD WHOSE PARENTS RESIDE IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA.
