SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE PROVIDED THAT WHEN EXERCISING THEIR POWERS THE TRUSTEES SHALL GIVE FIRST CONSIDERATION TO CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE BRISTOL AREA WHICH ARE FOR THE ENHANCEMENT AND GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF BRISTOL.
