Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN COUNTY OF THE WEST MIDLANDS AND ADJOINING COUNTIES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PRINCIPAL OBJECT DEFINED ABOVE BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE COMPANY MAY ESTABLISH, DEVELOP AND MANAGE RESIDENTIAL AND DAY CENTRE CARE UNITS AND HOMES FOR OLDER PEOPLE; PROVIDE CONTINUING, RESIDENTIAL, DAY AND RESPITE CARE AND NURSING, THERAPY, MEDICAL, AMENITY, CATERING AND OTHER SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR OLDER PEOPLE; PROVIDE INFORMATION, ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND TRAINING TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS; CO-OPERATE WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND GENERALLY INITIATE AND SUPPORT ANY FORM OF LAWFUL AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITY THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE.
