FOR THE SOCIAL MORAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF UPHILL AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT (WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION) BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SOCIAL INTERCOURSE, ENTERTAINMENT MENTAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RECREATION AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON.
