TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN HASLEMERE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
