TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS PERSONS WHO ARE: (1) PUPILS OR FORMER PUPILS OF CROHAM HURST SCHOOL (2) ANY PERSONS WHO MAY AT ANY TIME EITHER HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AT OR BY THE SCHOOL OR HAVE ASSISTED IN TEACHING PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL (3) MEMBERS OF THE FAMILIES OF FORMER PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL (4) GOVERNORS OR FORMER GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL (5) OTHER MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO MAY BE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF SUCH FUNDS AS ARE REFERRED TO IN SUB-CLAUSE 2(E) OF THE TRUST DEED DATED 1ST MARCH 1991.
