THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN DEVON AND CORNWALL FOR A CONTINOUS PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN SIX MONTHS BY SCREENING SUCH PERSONS FOR CARDIAC DISEASES, CARDIAC MALFUNCTION OR OTHER CARDIAC DEFECTS.
