TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO ALL THOSE LIVING AND WORKING IN LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE UK TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CONFIDENCE AND CAPACITY TO TACKLE PROBLEMS AND REVERSE POOR CONDITIONS AND FOR THE PROMOTION OF ALL OTHER SUCH THINGS AS MAY BE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO HOUSING MATTERS
