(4)TO PROVIDE OR TO ASSIST DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN THE PROVISION OF DAY CENTRES HOSTELS OFFICES OR OTHER PREMISES FOR THE ASSISTANCE SUPPORT OR MORAL GUIDANCE OF THE HOMELESS OR OF PERSONS LIKELY TO BECOME HOMELESS.
