(B)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE AWARDED TO STUDENTS UP TO THE AGE OF 25 STUDYING AT AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN ISRAEL OR ELSEWHERE TO BE CHOSEN BY THE TRUSTEES
